here it's raining. so we stay at home...

Here the weather was warm, winter is leaving and spring is coming..

and the war?

It is on the news like a "normal" subject..
In the streets there are some demonstrations against the war in the downtown areas. Some arrests. More police on the streets but everything looks like normal here..

Yes, very Normal.
America has about two hundred and eighty million citizens, it is a huge country. A very big army, and Iraq is very far away from here...
some people are afraid of terrorists doing something like on Sept 11, 2001...otherwise everyone goes on as usual
